1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy applies to the Klik marketplace, including its public website, member accounts, auctions, wallet ledger, deposit flow, subscriptions, withdrawal requests, and private support centre.
Klik is responsible for the processing described here. Where a different entity acts as controller for a specific payment, banking, delivery, or third-party service, that provider's own privacy notice also applies.

3. Why we use personal data
- To create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, authenticate users, and provide account recovery.
- To publish auctions, enforce joining cutoffs, accept bids, reserve credits, settle winners, issue automatic refunds, and display transaction history.
- To verify deposits, administer subscriptions, review withdrawals, and reconcile payment or banking records.

- To respond to support requests, investigate disputes, enforce agreements, and protect users, Klik, and the public.
- To comply with accounting, tax, anti-fraud, sanctions, court, regulator, and other legal obligations that apply to the operator.
- To measure performance, troubleshoot errors, improve accessibility and usability, and develop marketplace features.
Legal bases
Depending on your location and the activity involved, processing may be necessary to perform our agreement with you, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests such as marketplace security and fraud prevention, or act on your consent. When consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account, marketplace, and support-conversation data may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Wallet, auction settlement, payment, withdrawal, support evidence, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may be kept longer where legal, tax, audit, chargeback, or claim-limitation requirements apply.
When data is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymized, or isolated from routine use. Backup copies may remain temporarily until the normal backup cycle expires.
7. Security and international processing
We use access controls, password hashing, encrypted sensitive fields, private attachment storage, transaction locking, audit information, and other technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the platform. Support files are available only through an authenticated, authorized download. No online service can promise absolute security, so you must also protect your password, devices, recovery codes, and email account.
Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of personal data, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the competent data-protection authority.
We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some requests can be limited where retention is required for transactions, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or legal claims. Deleting an account does not automatically erase records that must lawfully be retained.
9. Children
Klik is intended for adults who can enter binding contracts. We do not knowingly offer auction, wallet, deposit, or withdrawal services to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated through the website, account, or another appropriate channel. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
Privacy questions or requests may be submitted through the official support channel identified by Klik. The operator should configure and publish its dedicated privacy contact before production launch.
